An elegant pair of Danish modern high-back dining chairs designed by Erik Buch and manufactured by O.D. Møbler in Denmark. These retain their original black upholstered seats, original maker’s labels, and Danish Furniture Control labels. The tall backs and floating seat design make them both sculptural and exceptionally comfortable.

Perfect as dining chairs, desk chairs, or statement accent chairs. The gently curved high backs provide excellent support and make these especially comfortable for taller sitters.

Condition

Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. The teak frames show scattered scuffing, primarily near the lower legs. One chair has several small areas of wear to the upper edge of the backrest upholstery. The removable seats are supported by four original dowels; the fit has loosened with age, so a seat may lift free if the chair is picked up by the cushion rather than the wood frame. The seats remain secure during normal use. Please review all photographs.
