Dramatic vintage three-seat sofa by Singer Furniture of Roanoke, Virginia, upholstered in deep ruby-red crushed velvet with oversized floral velvet back cushions.

Preserved beneath its original protective plastic covers for decades, the upholstery shows no visible fading and remarkably little evidence of use. The original foam retains its bounce, offering exceptionally plush, sink-in comfort.

The substantial exposed wood frame features carved scroll arms and foliate detailing. Generously (and genuinely) proportioned, it has a wonderfully theatrical presence suited to Hollywood Regency, maximalist, Gothic Victorian, Mediterranean Revival, or retro-inspired interiors.
