1970s Modernist Floral Prints, Signed de Jonge, Donelle Los Angeles

A wonderfully swanky pair of large 1970s floral prints, signed “de Jonge” and preserved in their original Donelle of Los Angeles presentation, featuring brushed-silver frames with coral and silver matting.

Rendered in a gorgeous period palette of coral, cream, pale aqua, and warm beige, the dramatically enlarged blooms have the clean, linear quality of fashion illustration. Together, the two complementary compositions create an exceptionally chic and substantial statement.

Each retains its original Donelle Inc., Los Angeles label and appears to remain in its original framing. The streamlined silver frames and saturated coral mats are integral to the works’ distinctive late-midcentury character.

Each measures approximately 24.5” W × 28.5” H × 2” D.

Very good vintage condition with no observed damage to the artwork or frames. The paper dust covers on the reverse have some tears, as photographed; this does not affect the works or their presentation. Both are wired and ready to hang.
